Cancellation Policy


Parking Bookings
You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend ( other than a vehicle registration number) a parking booking in the 10 days prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter. Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be
charged a cancellation fee of £10.00 or £15.00 (Please see refund policy). If you collect your car before the departure date/time printed in your booking confirmation then you will not receive a refund for the unused time. Please note: Bookings made at the special winter offer price are not able to be refunded if the booking is cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made with at least 10 days notice of your booking to the email address below.

Please Note: All parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park Ensure no valuables are left in the vehicle, as we do not accept liability for any loss or damage. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's risk.

Refund Policy


Booking Fees
Any clients booking where they have not complied with on screen booking requirements and who have been unable to park will not be subject to a refund. Normal terms and conditions apply.

Notice Periods

  • Within 10 working days of departure – No Refund

  • With 10 full working days notice – £15 administration charge, remainder refunded

  • With 14 full working days notice – £10 administration charge, remainder refunded.

Winter offer terms apply

  • In the event of customers parking at another car park due to late arrival – No Refund

  • In the event of customers parking at another car park due to not finding our car park – No Refund

 

Directions are included on website as a guide only as we are not responsible for any changes to road layouts, temporary diversions or similar. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have their booking with them when they travel and have planned their own route & directions to the car park.

Lack of confirmation details
Confirmations are sent out automatically by our systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their spam/trash folders & to ensure they obtain the relevant details should their confirmation fail to be delivered with 48 hours. Please note a PayPal confirmation is not a Park2fly confirmation.

  • Unused parking days: No refund available for unused or part stays. All Cars are parked at the owner’s risk and each vehicle must have a valid insurance policy for a minimum of TPF&T.
