Do I have to hand over keys or catch a transfer bus?
No, We are so close to the terminal that you simply drive in, park, clearly display your permit and walk the short distance to the terminal. When you return there is no waiting for keys or bus transfers, simply walk back to your car and drive off.
How can I book?
You can book securely online, using a credit or debit card. To do this, firstly enter the dates you require to confirm they are available. Once confirmed fill out the booking form and proceed to the secure payments page. Once your payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email and you are to use this as your parking permit to be left in your car. Why should I book in advance?
Booking in advance allows you to travel safe in the knowledge that you have a parking space reserved for you.
How far in advance do I have to book?
You can book anytime, even for today if you wanted to. The booking process takes only a few minutes, and once you are given a booking reference number and receive your e-mailed permit you can simply turn up.
I only want to park for 1 day, can I do this?
It is possible to book for any period from 1 day upwards on our web site.
Is there a further discount for booking more than one car at the same time?
No, sorry this is not available.
Where are the directions on your website?
You can view a map on our website along with directions on how to get to the car park. If you are still having difficulties head for the main terminal as we are 100 metres from there.
Is your booking system secure?
Our booking system is completely secure as it is operated independently by Planyo & PayPal.
What security measures are in place?
Close Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV)
We offer all the above measures, but would advise that all cars are parked at their owners risk and valuables etc should not be left on display.
What Happens if my flight is delayed?
Unlike many other companies, we do not charge extra for advertised flight delays up to 12 hours. Any delays past 12 hours you should come back to our website and purchase additional time or contact us on 0845 017 8197.
